Interpol National Central Bureau in Azerbaijan detains wanted person in Russia

The employees of Interpol National Central Bureau in Azerbaijan detained the wanted person in Russia.

As a result of the operational-search measures, Elmin Piriyev, who is wanted on Article 179 (misappropriation and embezzlement) of the Criminal Code, was arrested in Russia in the city of Nizhny Novgorod, the Azerbaijani Interior Ministry reported.

The necessary measures are made to extradite Piriyev.
