Goychay resident kills murderer of his brother

A resident of Goychay region of Azerbaijan killed his townsman.

The incident took place at about 14.00 on Monday on a river bridge, which is the part of Baku-Shamakhi-Yevlakh highway passing through the Goychay region. Resident of Bigir village Samadov Vugar, 42 knifed his townsman and former classmate Nuhzadeh Rauf Rafael to death. Seriously wounded Nuhzadeh died on a way to the hospital.

According to the reports, Nuhzadeh Rauf and his townsman Ziyadov Zahid Ziyad, 40, killed Samadov Vugar’s brother Samadov Uzeyir, 36, in Kursk, Russia. Zahid Ziyadov was arrested by the Russian law-enforcement organizations, Nuhzadeh Raud escaped.

Vugar Samadov surrendered to police. The prosecutor’s office launched criminal investigation, which is underway.
