Azerbaijan to hold winter swimming championship

The Azerbaijan winter swimming championship started at the Hovsan Olympics Complex on March 5, the Azerbaijani youth and sports ministry reported.

Athletes from Baku, Sumgait, Ganja and Goychay, as well as the Sport Education center, Azerbaijan State of Physical Culture and Sports Academy, Neftchi Sports Society, Sarhadchi Olympics Complex, Ordu Sport Club and others compete in the championship. The awarding ceremony of the winners will be held on March 7.
