Mou returns to good old 'Blue' days

04 June 2013 [11:05] - TODAY.AZ
José Mourinho has told Chelsea TV "In my career I've had two great passions, Inter and Chelsea," in his first interview since his official unveiling as the new Chelsea manager.

"Now I can say that I'm one of you. Chelsea is more than important for me. It was very, very hard to play against Chelsea and I did it only twice which was not so bad", Mourinho continued.

The new manager of the London club will get the chance to start working with his new squad when Chelsea jets off for an Asian tour on 17th July for matches in Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur and Jakarta.

Mourinho returns to Stamford Bridge almost a decade after first taking charge at the club. Then he took over a side that was just beginning to be considered as one of Europe's best, when he had the aim of winning a Champions League that he never managed to claim.

Russian owner Roman Abramovich has granted the wishes of the club's fans by bringing the Portuguese coach back to London. In doing so he again entrusts the position to the only coach who has managed to last more than two seasons at the club since he bought it in 2003.
