Abakarova brings 45th gold to Azerbaijan at Baku 2017

Azerbaijani taekwondo fighter Patimat Abakarova (-49 kg) has won the 45th gold medal for Azerbaijan at the 4th Islamic Solidarity Games.

She defeated Ainur Yesbergenova of Kazakhstan in the taekwondo finals.

The Baku 2017 Islamic Solidarity Games started May 8 and will last until May 22 in Azerbaijan’s capital.
