Azerbaijani skier reaches finish in Winter Olympics in Vancouver

Azerbaijani skier Gaia Bassani Antivari started her struggle in the Winter Olympics in Vancouver, Canada on Feb. 24.
At her first attempt in a giant slalom, Antivari took the 66th place among 86 participating countries by 1:30.82.

Unlike sportsmen from the U.S., Norway, Russia, Switzerland, Georgia and Armenia and many other countries, she succeeded to reach the finish.

Today the Azerbaijan skier will make her second attempt in a giant slalom
