Soccer match in Agjabadi turns into a bloodbath

A football match held in Agjabadi region of Azerbaijan, turned into a bloodbath. According to ANS PRESS, the match was held between village teams Avshar and Hajibedelli at the stadium of the second team.

Dissatisfied with the game, the residents of the opposite villages began to fight each other. As a result, Hajibedelli villagers Yolchu Shikhaliyev and Jeyhun Rustamov got stabbed.

They were immediately taken to the regional hospital. The wound of Jeyhun is deemed light while Yolchu is considered to have serious wounds.

According to the regional police department, the investigation is underway to determine the reason of the crime and find the culprits.
