3 Azerbaijani boxers qualify to European Championship semifinal

The European box championship is underway in Ankara. Press service head of the Azerbaijani Box Federation Elnur Mammadli said that three of four Azerbaijani boxers made their way through to the semifinal. 

Thus, Geybulla Hajialiyev, in weight category till 64kg, beat Entonn Yigit from Sweden 18:14. Teymur Mammadov (91kg) defeated Russian Abdulhamid Nurmahammadov 23:21 while Rahib Baylarov (75kg) lost to Turkish Adam Kilich.

Earlier, Salman Alizada (49) triumphed over French Jeremy Bekky 26:19.
