Berlin to host event on Azerbaijan's national anthem

An event titled 'Hour of National Anthem of the Azerbaijan Republic' will be held in Berlin on Saturday in connection with Republic Day, celebrated on 28 May, State Committee for Work with the Diaspora of Azerbaijan reported.

After the performance of the National Anthem, the event will be declared open by the executive director of the Coordination Center of Azerbaijanis in Germany Samir Patzer-Ismaylov and chairman of the Azerbaijani cultural center in Berlin, Hakan Chiflik.

Then, at the school of Integra, professor Naiba Khantel will report on the history of the National Anthem of Azerbaijan. During the event, information will be provided about the text and music of the anthem. Embassy of Azerbaijan in Germany will organize an event on May 28-29 in connection with Republic Day.
