The President of Azerbaijan may visit investment conference in China

As the deputy director of the department of foreign investments of the Ministry of Economic Development Elshan  Mamedzade, the holding of conference is planned for March 16-17 at Shanghai.

A group of Azeri businessmen will visit China. As the leader of Investments and Consulting Incentive Fund Emil Mejidov reported, some applications for participation in the event.
As to State Statistics Committee of Azerbaijan, the Azerbaijan-China turnover for 2004 was $177 204.1 thousand.

The trade deficit of Azerbaijan in turnover with China was $113 767.8 thousand, while Azerbaijan has exported goods to Russia for $31 718.2 thousand.
