Azerbaijan to use digital customs declaration system

Next year Azerbaijan may apply digital customs declaration system, State Customs Committee chairman Aydin Aliyev said.

He added that imposition of the excise taxes is under discussion, but mechanism for customs duties is not expected to be changed any time soon.

Besides, the Committee thinks the list of VAT-free imports should be reconsidered, APA reports.
