Real estate appreciates 25% in Baku

The price of the immovable property climbed 25% on average in Baku during 2006.

Arif Garashov, Chairman of the State Real Estate Registry Service said the tendency is not similar in all the regions of the country, APA-Economics reports.

"The price of land is going up in some regions while there is no interest in real estate in some areas," he noted.

He said the property cost is high in Baku in proportion to the material and energy prices rise in the country.
