Website of Azadlyg radio blocked in Nakhchivan

Day.Az reports with reference to Azadlyg radio that websites of Azadlyg newspaper and Turan news agency have earlier been blocked.

According to Azadlyg radio, nakhinternet.az, functioning under the Ministry of Communication and Information Technologies of the autonomous republic, create obstacles for access to these websites, as the access to these websites is open via another provider, functioning in Nakhchivan - Catel.

By the information of the Azadlyg radio, the activity of Catel in the Autonomous republic is restricted and only ministries and several private customers can use this provider.

The Ministry of Communication and Information Technologies told Azadlyg radio that they do not have an opportunity to restrict the access to the websites and if there are problems, they are connection from Baku.
