Former Health Minister of Azerbaijan transferred to medical center of Ministry of Justice

Former Health Minister of Azerbaijan Ali Insanov has been transferred from correctional facility No 13 to the medical center of the Ministry of Justice, said lawyer Agaveys Shakhverdiyev.
He noted that today at about 16:00 the former health minister was transferred to the medical center of the Ministry of Justice.

It should be noted that the European Court of Human Rights has sent a letter to the government of Azerbaijan due to consideration of the claim of former minister of health Ali Insanov.

The letter states the need to sent Insanov for treatment at the hospital of the Penitentiary service of the Ministry of Justice. The former health minister suffers from pains in heart and backbone.

Insanov was notably sentenced to 11 years in prison with property confiscation.
