Azerbaijani school opens in Z?rich

As is reported the event was attended by Azerbaijanis, residing in this city.

Our compatriots, who will study in that school, gathered to familiarize with each others and discuss the future activity of the school.

The state committee for work with diaspora sent texbooks and school accessories to be distributed among schoolchildren for the school.

Under the local rules, if the school is able to function at its own expense within a year, the Swiss government will allocate 20,000 franks each year which is approximately $16,000.

It should be noted that this is the second Azerbaijani school in Switzerland.
