President of Poland offers condolences on tragedy at Azerbaijani university

"I accepted with deep regret the news on the tragedy that occurred as a result of attack by mentally unbalanced person on one of the higher schools in Azerbaijan - Azerbaijan State Oil Academy, which claimed the lives of many young people," the message says.

The death of innocent people shocked everyone, Kaczynski said.
"On behalf of the Polish people and myself, I offer condolences to the families of victims and wish speedy recovery of wounded," the message says.
