Floods closed a border crossing in northwestern Turkey on Monday.
Officials at the Kapikule border crossing in the northwestern province of Edirne have not allowed vehicles to cross into Bulgaria since floods closed the highway at Bulgaria's Kapitan Andreevo border crossing.
A brook, only 150 meters away from the Kapitan Andreevo border crossing, overflowed this morning, closing the highway from Turkey's Kapikule to Kapitan Andreevo to traffic.
Fifty trucks are waiting at the Kapikule border crossing at the moment.
Officials said they would allow crossings after highway was cleared in Bulgaria.
