I came here to win the contest, Norway's representative Tooji said at the at the press conference after the voting of the second Semi-Finals of Eurovision-2012.
"I am very glad to be here, and fortunately, the final coincides with my birthday," he said. "The fact that my loved ones are here today is very important for me".
Touraj Keshtkar, known as Tooji is a Norwegian singer, model and television host. Tooji was born in Shiraz (Iran), but moved to Norway when he was one year old. After the model work, he started working on MTV Norway.
His first single was called "Swan Song" and it was released in 2008. He won Melodi Grand Prix 2012 and was given the opportunity to represent Norway in the Eurovision Song Contest 2012 in Baku, Azerbaijan with his entry "Stay".
On March 10, 2012, he presented the international jury votes on behalf of Norway at the finals of Melodifestivalen 2012 where Swedish singer Loreen's "Euphoria" was crowned as the winner.
Norway will go under #12 in the finals.
