Since its commissioning, the "Khachmaz" Power Plant has produced a total of 5.4 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity, Azernews reports, citing Azerbaijan’s Energy Ministry.
As is known, the modular "Khachmaz" Power Plant was commissioned on December 7, 2006. The plant consists of 10 gas piston units, each with a capacity of 8.7 megawatts, giving it a total installed capacity of 87 megawatts.
