18 enterprises of Ministry of Economic Development privatized illegally

As a result of check-ups implemented by prosecutor-General of Azerbaijan it was found out that 18 enterprises of Ministry of Economic Development (MED) were privatized illegally, Prosecutor-general Zakir Garalov stated.

According to APA, the court has imposed sanction to the properties of those enterprises. At present, investigations are on.

MED ex-department directors – Alihuseyn Shaliyev, and Gadir Huseynov, as well as Health Ministry and Azerkimya State Company leadership is under investigation. Their activities are examined by the other organizations, audit materials are investigated through investigation way.
