USAID Caucasus regional mission head replaced

Robert Wilson, previously Deputy Head, has been appointed to the post replacing Deny Roberts who headed the mission for last three years. The replacement is due to the expiration of the contract, APA reports.

The USAID Caucasus regional mission implements projects in Azerbaijan and Georgia. These projects cover development of democracy, economy, energy, healthcare and social spheres. The Agency has implemented programs worth US $83mn in Azerbaijan and Georgia in 2006.
