Azerenergy plans to install 600 000 cable meters by this year's end

Over 150 000 electric meters were installed throughout the country.

Azerenergy OJSC Energy Supply Officer Hidayet Yariyev told that the figure is planned to reach 600 000 by his year's end.

He said electric meters are being installed in all regions but none of the regions has been provided with meters completely.

Azerenergy places meters in the street in order to prevent people from cheating, APA reports.
