Filling stations near residential areas to be closed in Azerbaijan

In Azerbaijan gas and gasoline filling stations near (300 meters) residential areas can be closed.

At present the Government is examining proposals made by Ecology and Natural Resources, Industry and Energy, Transportation Ministries, as well as other relevant bodies.

The damage of the filling stations to environment and health is being assessed, APA reports.

It is not ruled out that these filling stations may be removed to other zones.
