Azerbaijan to restructure utilities and infrastructure sectors

State Committee for Public Property Management, together with consulting companies, has prepared a package of proposals on restructuring of utilities and infrastructure sectors.

Committee's Chairman Karam Hasanov said restructuring were carried out in communications sector, including Aztelecom and Baku Telephone.

He added 13% to 14% of kindergartens are open for privatization in the country, APA reports.
