Azerbaijan's ICT Minister to visit US

The Ministry press service told APA that will deliver a speech at the 2nd meeting of the Strategy Council of the UN Global Alliance for ICT and Development to be organized in Santa Clara, California.

Ali Abbasov will lead a delegation composed of the representatives from ICT companies, nongovernmental organizations and Azerbaijan National Academy of Science.

The delegation will also attend a number of events to be held in Los Angeles and Santa Clara, including the second US-Azerbaijan ICT business forum. Mr. Ali Abbasov will deliver a keynote speech on Regional Innovation Zones and Priorities of Azeri Economy.

He will also deliver a speech at California Chamber of Commerce and meet with the leadership of Intel, Cisco and other companies within the scope of the visit.
