IFC, Azerbaijan Investment Company ink MOU

IFC will provide consulting and training service in Azerbaijan through Azerbaijan Corporate Governance Project, APA reports.

AIC Executive Director Anar Akhundov said a joint methodology will be developed to help assessment of corporate governance in the companies with potential clientele.

Charles Canfield, Manager of the IFC Corporate Governance Project in Azerbaijan, said the cooperation will give benefit to the all sides concerned and contribute to the development of corporate governance in Azerbaijan.
