Georgian parliament ratifies regional railway project agreement

Georgian parliament unanimously ratified the agreement on construction of Kars-Tbilisi-Baku railway project.

The intergovernmental agreement on planning, financing, reconstruction and exploitation terms of Marabda-Kartsakhi section of the railway has also been ratified.

Azerbaijan will loan $200million to Georgia for 25-year term for the construction of the railroad, APA's Georgia bureau reports.
