Emergencies Ministry and German Agency for Technical Cooperation sign MoU

Azerbaijani minister underlined that special importance is attached to the relations with GTZ. Kamaladdin Heydarov noted that German government and Emergencies Ministry are negotiating over the cooperation in several spheres.

Franz Heinzmann underlined that the cooperation between the two countries is developing. He spoke about the ministry's achievements.

Heinzmann also stressed that they have established relations with about 130 countries of the world and they help to eliminate the results of emergency situations in different regions.
