Building materials market appreciated 0.4% in Baku

The building materials market of Baku held relative stability in March and average price rise 0.45 higher than a month earlier and 21.8% higher from a year earlier.

The Public Union of the Real Estate Market Participants told APA-Economics that the rise was encouraged by the increasing demand, season, global inflation and other natural factors. The materials uptrend also pushed up the firsthand housing cost prices. In general, the real estate market is going up in Azerbaijan rapidly. During March, 41 types of construction materials were monitored. The rise happened to almost all materials.
