Deputy PM visits Sumgayit Power Station

First Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Yagub Eyyubov has visited Sumgayit Power Station, and together with President of Azerenergy Etibar Pirverdiyev he concerned himself with construction process, got broad information about construction works and gave his recommendations to the workers.

Azerenergy OJSC press service told APA-Economics that construction works in 517MVt-Sumgayit Power Station, are held due to the schedule.

Cable construction of 220kW-substation constructed in the territory of the station is completed. Installation of energy blocks is expanded gradually.

The specialists of Azerenerjitikinti continue to isolate steam-water pipelines. The construction of power station is to be over by the end of this year.
