Truck transportation regulations blueprint submitted to government

Azerbaijan's Transport Ministry has submitted Draft Regulations for Truck Transportation to the Government for approval.

The regulations consist of 6 chapters and 50 articles. The draft sets legal framework for transportation, international and in-country transportation, responsibilities of cargo sender, receiver and transporter, control over the transit, procedure for granting license for international transit, documentation and other related issues.
