It's the thorn in the side of many drivers in London - the dreaded parallel park. But driving ace Ronny Wechselberger made it look easy when he momentarily slid into the record books on German TV.
Known as 'Ronny C-Rock', the VW loving stunt driver appeared on the German version of Guinness World Records in attempt to squeeze his car into a parking space that was just 26 centimetres longer than his vehicle.
The inch-perfect park has no doubt been tried and failed at by many a supermarket shopper, however C-Rock made light work of his feat as he revved up his black little VW Polo.
Amazingly all that it took was a quick burst of the handbrake to flick the car's rear end around in time so as to miss the vehicle nestled in the spot behind.
Ronny was sure he had the record sewn-up and, as the footage below shows, he was even awarded a Guinness World Record medal and plaque.
But not long after Guinness World Records in China confirmed that Zhang Hua had set a new record after he manoevered his car into a parking area that was two centimetres smaller than C-Rock's.
Unfortunately a clip of Zhang's feat is yet to be released, but C-Rock's park is just as brilliant and is available underneath.
