This fool is not really a politician, but a blogger. Nikol Pashinyan posted a screenshot of the statistics from his Instagram page.

 

He boasts that he has never had such high engagement. This is usually something bloggers do when they need advertisers.

 

Russian Instagram is quite amusing, though. Why not in French?
