Baku, Moscow to ink deals during Russian PM's visit

These include intergovernmental agreements on cooperation in money transfers via mail and on mutual promotion of investments, the Azeri Cabinet of Ministers said.

Fradkov will visit Baku on December 4-5 to attend the closing ceremony of the Year of Russia in Azerbaijan.

Meanwhile, Russian Industry and Energy Minister Viktor Khristenko will visit Azerbaijan to participate at a meeting of the intergovernmental commission on economic cooperation.
