Drug dealer wanted for double murder in Turkey, detained in Azerbaijan

The Azerbaijani Interior Ministry's officers arrested Saribas Mehmet Erdal in Sumgait (Azerbaijan), who was being searched by the Turkish Law enforcement agencies for the murder of two people and drug trafficking, the ministry told Trend today.   

The investigation revealed that Mehmet Erdal introduced himself as Olmez Mustafa Zekeriyye in Azerbaijan. He also made himself fake documents and got married in Sumgait.

In his preliminary testimony, Mehmet Eldar pled guilty in shooting two people in the Kilis city in Turkey and drug trafficking. Presently, the relevant agencies take appropriate measures for his extradition.
