Head of Vanadzor Office of Helsinki Association Arthur Sakunts revealed some details of the armed incident at an Armenian military unit on Azerbaijan’s occupied lands.

According to him, soldier who opened fire at his fellow servicemen is Yerevan resident Karo Ayvazyan. He lived in the U.S. for a while and later was convicted and deported back to Armenia, according to some sources. Sakunts also pointed out that Ayvazyan had health problems.
