Next Presidential Amnesty may be granted on December 31

"A next pardon decree can be issued on December 31 – the Solidarity Day of World Azerbaijanis," said Azay Guliyev, the member of the pardon commission at the president.

According him since the final decision depends on the head of the state it is impossible to say exactly when the next pardon decree will be signed. However, the members of the pardon commission review appeals individually.

Guliyev informed that after the last pardon decree he had reviewed 40 appeals and sent to the commission. 22 of appeals entered from Ali Bayramli and 18 from other districts.
