Head of OSCE Observation Commision visits Ganja

Head of the OSCE mission on supervision over elections Girt Arens in connection with repeated elections to Milli Majlis of Azerbaijan Republic has visited Ganja.

The representative of OSCE interested in structure of the election commissions of two sites the voting results of which have been cancelled, and the conditions created for propaganda campaign of candidates. The OSCE representative who have directly familiarized with the work done in district, has declared, that is happy with the level of preparation for elections.

Informing representatives of mass media, Mr. Girt Arens has told, that was reached an agreement with heads of the Central Election Commission and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on bringing up to the state bodies of the recommendations connected with complaints in connection with preparation for elections.

As he said, results of the monitoring conducted in districts where repeated elections will take place, will find the reflection in the report after elections and will be enclosed to the document on parliamentary elections on November 6, AzerTAg reports.
