"I have been illegally put into prison by Georgian authorities for two years for groundless reasons. I went on hunger strike for three times protesting against my illegal arrest, pressures in the prison and at last, Georgian intelligence services provocations against Azerbaijanis," Gajar Huseynoiv, Azerbaijani correspondent of newspaper Yeni Dushunje (New way of thinking), banned in Georgia, member of Georgia Labor Party wrote in the letter to the National Assembly of Georgian Azerbaijanis (NAGA).
The Assembly informs that Huseynov also wrote that Georgian authorities tried to cover it up and prevent to appeal to international organizations. He stitched his mouth three times protesting against injustices he faced, "I reconfirm that I stitched my mouth. This is undeniable true."
