Council of Europe intends to establish political science school in Azerbaijan

As APA reports, the seminar will bring together political scientists, specialists involved in promotion of democracy, human rights and legal state institution from the Council of Europe member states.

Two participants from Azerbaijan will attend the seminar but their names have not yet been made public.

The seminar aims at having discussions on opening political science schools in the COE member states. This type of school has been functioning in Russia since 1992 and it is planned to establish such schools in Azerbaijan, Albania and Bosnia and Herzegovina as well.

These educational institutions will not be academic and no degrees will be given in the end of the course. These schools will provide opportunities to exchange views with well-known experts on political science, democracy and legal state institution.
