Hidayet Orucov: "Radical religious groups exist in Azerbaijan"

"Some radical religious groups exist in Azerbaijan. They are not some sects but private groups," chief of the State Committee on work with Religious Organizations, Hidayet Orucov stated.

According to APA, the chief of the Committee said that all religions and sects are given opportunity for free activities: "People are free in religion choice and religious activities. But the organizations in this field shouldn't interfere with others. The society has a bearing on the claimants of special status. State committee bears on the issue when needed as well."
