Anar Ismayilov asked Gudret Hasanguliyev for help

In his appeal Ismayilov notes that he is not the real murder of Hasanguliyev. "I have been made to commit this crime. I apologize to Nadir Hasanguliyev's family, relatives and ask to forgive me."

Ismayilov asked Gudret Hasanguliyev to reveal the crime and stated that Interior ministry and Baku main Police Board tries to hide the real criminal as they did five years ago, Ismayilov's lawyer Elman Osmanov told the APA.

Hasanguliyev confirmed the fact that Ismayilov sent him a letter. The parliamentarian said that he had already received the letter. He said that he spoke to first deputy Prosecutor General Rustem Usubov about the case.

"Rustem Usubov said the investigation is underway. The assistant of Prosecutor General Eldar Ahmedov will carry out the investigation."

Prosecutor General press service chief Vugar Aliyev told the APA that the decision of the court is obligatory for everybody.

"If there are well-grounded cases in his accusation, the investigation will be carried out. His claim about hidden criminals is groundless."

It should be noted that, Hasanguliyev was killed in 2001. Though Ismayilov said that he killed him on dispute, victim’s relatives consider that former chief of Azerenerji Muslum Imanov's son Kamal Imanov contracted Hasanguliyev's death. A search was announced for Imranov after the incident.
