Prosecutors demand sentence to Haji Mammadov and his gang

Prosecutors Abdulla Yusifov and Bashir Jafarov asked to sentence defendants. The prosecutor's demanded to seizure Haji Mammadov, Musa Dabayev, Eldar Rahimov, Ferhad Mammadbeyov, Aslanbek Chintamirov's properties, Malik Mammadov, Husain Abdulvahabov, Zakir Nasirov, Kamil Sedreddinov (to send presentations to relevant bodies for taking titles back and seizure their property), and Yagir Mammadov life sentence.

Besides, the public prosecutors demanded to seizure Nile Guliyeva, Nizami Abdullayev's property, 15 years to Sidek Abdulvahabov, Rovshan Agayev, 12 years to Aligulu Guliyev, 10 years 6 months to Mehman Hasanov, 13 years to Adalet Asadullayev, 12 years to Novruz Nuriyev and Nishad Ismayilov, 10 years to Fariz Hamidov, Faig Guliyev, Elshan Mirzayev and Elchin Aliyev in jail.

Besides they asked to arrest Agil Huseynov, Azer Aliyev, Ibrahim Bagirov in the court hall. The prosecutor demanded 5 years to Agil Huseynov, 3 years Ibrahim Bagirov and 2 years to Azer Aliyev in jail.

The representative of Urvan Bagirov and Zeynalabdin Babayev Fuad Agayev asked to meet the claims of material damages to court. He asked to pass decision about payment to Bagirov $1m and Babayev $2m for moral harm.

The representative of Islam Gadimzadeh Aslan Ismayilov said that the trial was not objective. Ismayilov asked to pay compensation to Gadimzadeh because of his cut ear.

The lawyer to Zamire Hajiyeva said that the motive of her kidnapping was not money. "Haji told court several times that he did not kidnap Zamire for money. He did it because of her husband Jahangir Hajiyev," he said.

After the speeches of the victims, the lawyers of the accuse ones made speech.

Lawyer Jahangir Nasirov said that extenuating circumstances have not been considered in Sidek Abdulvahabov's case and Guliyeva's lawyer Vali Nagdaliyev said that the accusations are groundless.
