Express newspaper correspondent Elman Maliyev sentenced to four months in jail

Yasamal Court presided by judge Svetlana Ismayilova sentenced the correspondent of Express newspaper Elman Maliyev to four months in jail.

According to the court's decision, Maliyev was arrested in court room.

As APA reports, Maliyev was convicted on the Article 132 (beating) of Criminal Code. He is accused of beating Baku resident Guloglan Gurbanov.
