Ali Huseynov: "Amnesty law not expected to be adopted soon"

He said that only President and members of the parliament have the right to present the Amnesty bill, APA reports.

"There is no such a bill in the commission for legal policy and state building at the moment. This issue has not been presented to the agenda of the session and such kind of document is not expected to be adopted on the eve of New Year. It has been discussed. Different NGO and parliamentarians expressed their views about it. Of course, these views can be taken into consideration, while adopting the Amnesty law," he said.
