Activities of civil servants to be assessed by new system

New bill concerning the amendments to the law of civil service has been worked out.

Chief of the commission for civil service Behram Khalilov told APA the bill reflected the assessment of activities of civil servants.

"The leadership of each state structure has carried out the appraisal of employees. But appraisal is the heritage of the former USSR. There is no appraisal institution in foreign countries. They use another kind of appraisal. This appraisal system will be implemented in Azerbaijan. The bill has already been worked out."
