Delay of flight to Hajj due to technical problems

Caucasus Muslims Office's information service chief Akif Agayev told APA that the reason of that delay was the thick fog and tense schedule of Mecca airport.

He noted that the delayed flights will be made in a day or two. First group of Azerbaijani pilgrims are taken by 30 buses. Another 30 buses started on Dec 16. Four flights have been scheduled to deliver Azerbaijani pilgrims to Saudi Arabic till Dec 24. Azerbaijan is given 4500 quotas for Hajj this year; 2500 of them by plane and 2000 by bus. The fee is $1350 by bus( $30 more expensive contrasted to last year) and $2200 by plane( $100 more expensive contrasted to last year).
