Zabit Kazimov's trial to be held in Baku

Trial of Zabit Kazimov and Perviz Mammedov accused in assassination of Ganja Police Office Traffic Police department Chief Ikram Khalilov will be held in Grievous Crimes Court presided over by Imamali Asgerov on Dec 26.

Kazimov's advocate Ibrahim Rustemov told APA the defendants would be taken to Detention Place#1 in Baku. The date and place of the trial is not set yet.

Zabit Kazimov is found guilty under the articles 120.2.3 (assassination of official in connection with his duties) and 221.2 (hooliganism), and Perviz Mammedov under the article 221.2 (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code. At present both accused are being detained in Detention Place #2 in Ganja.
