Justice Ministry works out protocols on 150 municipality chiefs

1000 of the municipality acts were abolished or changed on the suggestions of the ministry, and some claims were raised on the abolishment of the acts.

Administrative offence protocols were worked out about 150 municipality chiefs and sent to court.

As the result of investigations held on administrative control, defined material shortage has been paid by local budgets and appropriate documents were worked out on the legal irregularities of activity of 17 municipalities and sent Prosecutor's Office for investigation.

At the same time, 1000h illegal land was returned to the municipalities.

It should be noted that, annual report was worked out on activity of the municipalities and will be presented to Milli Majlis. APA
