Rights Defense Committee of editor-in chief of Sanat newspaper established

The committee was established because Samir Sedagetoglu's imprisonment was prolonged for two months. A number of writers, friends of the editor-in-chief are represented in the committee. The committee members stressed the importance of appealing to law enforcement bodies, international organizations and President Ilham Aliyev. They also noted the importance of defending Rafig Tagi's rights and decided to unite with Free Writers Center. Rafig Tagi is also the member of that committee.
